This is a new Chinese restaurant (that replaced a former longtime neighborhood Chinese spot) and I have to say it did not disappoint. First off, they accept credit cards which the former did not. Delivery time was quick and food was hot. (The chicken wings are large and fried perfectly. I will say I tried the plantains as well and they just didn't do it, sort of dry and seemed like they needed salt or something. The food here is next-level. Everything tasted super fresh and full of flavor — you can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. The fried pork dumplings were perfectly soft with that juicy filling that bursts when you bite in and a crunchy skin, and the beef chow fun had that smoky wok flavor. I was in the neighborhood and cravimg Chinese food. The food was average; nothing memorable. The chicken wings were really small and the pork fried rice was bland. The chicken and broccoli was greasy, but the chicken was cooked well. The fried pork dumplings were okay. Given their location and quick service I may try them again, but will order something different.
