We had been wanting to go to Via Carota for a long time and could never get a reservation. We had been eager to visit Via Carota for quite some time—especially as it is said that Taylor Swift may have dined here before. Got there at 1:45 on a monday. They said 45 min to an hour long wait. Got seated 20 mins later. Got a fennel salad, skate wing, ragu, and berry custard. The skate wing was unbelievably salty. Tasted fine but nothing special.
