I don’t write many reviews, but this one is earned. I’ve been in New York since March 2022, and after a lot of searching, Volare Espresso Bar in Park Slope is my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is excellent. The food and pastries never miss. But what makes it special is the people. The staff and owners are warm, thoughtful, and genuine. I’ve tried a lot of coffee spots around New York, but this place truly stands out. The espresso here is easily the best I’ve ever had in the city rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can really taste the quality of the beans and the care that goes into every shot. The atmosphere is also super cozy, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. If you’re an espresso lover, this place is a must visit.
