The food is AMAZING here. Takes a while for deliveries and in person but it is WORTH IT as they cook it perfectly, amazing portions, their lemonade is amazing love it. Besides one time having a misunderstanding and having them throw a menu at me cause they were upset at my misunderstanding the food and service besides that one time are great. The environment is not so great but the food is amazing.
This is BELOW a zero! - I have been coming to this place for since I was a little girl and NEVER had an issue with them. Today I decided to order some French fries and boneless ribs and as I’m eating I notice a DEAD roach in my food ! I called to let them know about the issue and they want to act like they had no idea what I was saying or talking about and put me on hold for about 20-25 minutes to refund me. This is a new review from 01/30/2022. My husband and I placed an order to our address which we are 15 mins away. We called around 8:30 -8:50 ; didn’t receive our order until almost 9:30. As soon as we received our order I immediately called back to get a new order of chicken wings with fries due to my order coming VERY SOGGY.
