I recently placed a takeout order for two shrimp plates from here, that I had previously enjoyed dining in. Unfortunately, my experience this time was far from satisfactory. When I called to place my order, a man answered in a quiet area and insisted on transferring me to someone at the bar to take my order. Once transferred, I was greeted by a very rude person amidst a noisy background. I had to scream my order four times before she finally processed it. Upon arriving at the bar to pick up my
