This Wendy’s near Times Square is takeout‑only, but it’s very clean and has plenty of kiosks to order from. There were only 2 people working Thursday evening, so there was a bit of a wait, so I managed my expectations. And jt didnt take as long as I thought- and my straweberry frosty was delicious — as always. A solid stop if you’re in the area - hopefully it is a quick visit, but very nice it didn’t have the usual Times Square chaos.
I don’t make reviews, this is my first. I’ve been to this Wendy’s maybe about 9-10 times. I’ve always ordered online never in store. I make sure to wait at-least 15 minutes before I make my way to the store since I live nearby this is excluding the walking time which is around 9 minutes. There has never been a time where I can walk in and once I get to the front of the line my order would be ready. I’ve always had to wait about 30 minutes at least. I work in retail so I understand the fact that
Estoban and Bryan were incredibly helpful. They were closing down and I really needed a water cup and they let me in and treated me with respect. I exclusively will come to this Wendy’s because of them.
