Ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches to go. Got home and bit into the first one to find it is uncooked (see picture). Second one is mostly uncooked. Didn't bother checking the third one. Won't be going back.
I believe I speak for the whole upper west side when I say this, we’ve been waiting for our area to get a Wendy’s and now it is here but the only problem with this is the staff is very rude, they do not want to help customers, send everybody to kiosk so they don’t have to do there job, food is always cold never fresh etc the list goes on. We love Wendy's and was excited they open up one closer to us! The first time we went it was crowded but the service was great! But when we went back on Tuesday night it was only 4 people sitting down and from the start the service was bad! The Manager was the worst! She was ignoring me and other customers! Tried to order on Kiosk but only had cash! Eye goes to the counter and try to get her attention and she ignores me until eye say something in Spanish! Then she dismissed me and just yell out
