Went for brunch with a friend who had the eggs Benedict. I thought his eggs Benedict was better than the avocado toast I ordered, which was very average. We also shared the risotto ball hash, which was also pretty good. Overall I guess food was a fair 4 ⭐️ even though I was underwhelmed by my avocado toast, which was fairly basic, lacking imagination and flavor. Service and atmosphere were good. Apparently there is a little “theatre” space downstairs that could host comedy shows and the like.
We loved this restaurant, it was conveniently located near the theatre we were headed to and easy to get a last minute reservation. This was the best vegan risotto I have had, I’m still talking about it with my family. My daughter loved her burger. I will definitely eat here again.
I tried for dinner but I hadn't thought about making a reservation. I then decided to go after the show I was seeing for dessert. I wanted to try Chita Rivera's favourite. The gentleman at the door thought that would be a great idea. He was still working when I arrived and he ordered my dessert right away. I felt well taken care of! It was delicious!
