Great ambience and amazing vibes in this bar! The music is a very nice blend of soft r&b and smooth pop and sets a very sensual ambience for a date night! The lighting is low lit with a warm glow and makes you feel relaxed while spending time with your significant other. We loved the bartenders Jospeh & Thomas they were friendly and funny - made it a cheerful and memorable time. Tried Westland Roe for a lunch break with a coworker and it ended up being such a solid pick. The vibe is relaxed but elevated, and the space itself is really pretty—definitely loved the artwork on the walls, it adds character. We both ordered drinks from the menu, they have nice options, not basic, I had the mezcal drink and I went with the wings—they were cooked just right, crispy on the outside and still juicy. Westland Row is a great addition to the UWS. The atmosphere has a nice mix of a modern bar and an old-school NYC neighborhood spot. Basically it’s if Stout NYC and Rudy’s Bar & Grill had a baby. The food is better than your typical bar food, and the bartenders are really friendly.
