Just came out of the minions and monsters showing on the 103 degree day and there was absolutely no air conditioning inside of auditorium 1. Every minute that went by felt like an eternity, to the point where I was counting down until the end of the movie. That was until the movie suddenly cut off and a staff member came in about 2 minutes later to say that we could either take a refund or wait 5 minutes. Furthermore, while watching the cute cut scenes during the credits, they cut off the movie
Made 20 of us wait outside for 15 minutes in a THUNDERSTORM, didn’t allow us to get concessions and rushed us upstairs like we were criminals. A woman working with the “I Love Boosters” premiere apologized to us and said they’d offer us leftover concessions. When we were finally “allowed down”, they acted like we were trying to steal from them unprompted. Literally do better, Williamsburg Cinemas and I Love Boosters. Don’t force people to get soaked in a thunderstorm and treat them like shit fo
This is a great local cinema! The seats are big and comfortable and you can reserve them ahead of time, the screens and sound are great, and they always have good movies to choose from. Not to mention the tickets are cheaper than the National chains, only $11-14 for an adult. They have some cool art from local artists hanging up as well!
