The scallion pancake egg and cheese sandwich are well-reviewed at this point but I'll reiterate my own high points. The egg is soft and thus creamy to work with the meat. The cheese has good pull and adds a nice bit of salt. The pancake itself is excellently oniony and chewy and not too flaky. So the layers are there but the sandwich is held together really well, elastic without being tough. My surprise was the pea shoots. (Review for a visit 01/2026): Enjoyed a really nice brunch here. The restaurant is spacious with good service. Everything was delicious. Get the scallion pancakes or anything with scallions pancakes, they do some of the best around. Their buns are sooo good and the egg drop noodle soup with dumplings was fantastic. You can jump across the street to their bakery after for something fun. Hope to return a try more of the menu.
they nail it every single time!!! in order of the pictures, i've tried the tian miantuan, beef roll, fried eggplant, big chicken bun, and lu rou fan (first time i tried this it was a large plate but second time it was a small plate. great either way) the 10/10 CHEFS KISS dishes were beef roll, lu rou fan, AND THE TIAN MIANTUAN!!! seriously, don't skip out on the dessert. lu rou fan has the perfect texture of the rice and richness of the meat. i could eat BOWLS of this. and the beef roll omg it'
