Local counter-serve chain offering Xi'an-style Chinese fare, including noodles, soups & sandwiches.

Decades ago I used to eat at the original hole in the wall location under the manhattan bridge in Chinatown. It’s not as good as I remembered, especially the bun on the lamb burger. It was also a lot spicier than I recall, but I am glad to see that there are options for spice, including no spice. The noodles are still hand pulled and just as delicious. Excellent service. No tables, just bar stools along a counter along the wall.
got the spicy lamb burger (B2) and beef hand ripped noodles (N2) at less spicy. was the perfect amount of spice letting the meat flavor shine. was fun watching them pull the noodles live. burger was packed with lamb. good portion sizes!
Can't believe one of my favorite places is open in Hell's Kitchen! The Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodles are always on point; spicy, cheese, absolutely flavorful. Not to mention, the staff were so kind and welcoming! I'm so happy to have an easier access to Xi'an's and I csnt waitbto keep coming back.
