The **roujiamo** (肉夹馍) (aka "burger") is the standout — juicy cumin-spiced meat in a crispy-chewy flatbread. I'd go back repeatedly just for these. Jason, the founder-owner, specifically recommends getting the spicy version on the noodles. We ignored that advice on our first visit and ordered “no spicy.” Big mistake. Next time we’ll ask for low-spicy. The hand-pulled noodles had perfect chewy texture (you can watch them make them fresh), but they came out a little blander than they should have
I ordered the lamb burger. They did not give you much lamb. I still have 1/3 bun left and no meat left. It’s very thin shredded lamb. It should not be called a burger, when they don’t put enough meat in it. The bun is also super dry without meat. Hard pass on the burgers.
No-nonsense and efficient restaurant. The food was great and the service was excellent, without any expectation of tips. I ordered the lamb dried noodles and they were excellent. You can adjust the spiciness level, which I really appreciated—as someone who can’t handle too much spice. Would happily come back for another straightforward, well-executed meal.
