I'm so happy to have come back and found the food and atmosphere is just as good as I remembered. Agedashi tofu is still one of my faves. We got lots of skewers and left super happy with the authentic Japanese goal grills. It takes a bit of time, but it's got the perfect smokey taste. Definitely make a reservation, but if you get there early on a weekday, you'll have some bar space for 1-2 people.
Great food and service. Food came out fast and was delicious. Servers were great. Food came fast. A bit noisy and small if you want something more intimate and lowkey, but overall great dinner. 100 percent recommend! Prices are good too, but we ordered A LOT!
This delightful place is a little hidden second floor restaurant, in a “shotgun” style layout - long and narrow, but still plenty of room to sit comfortably. Service was excellent, with prompt and unobtrusive attention y the staff, always ready to bring food and drinks to the table. Six of us sat near a window and enjoyed grilled skewers of steak, chicken, and vegetables. I rather enjoyed the eggplant and unagi, and we particularly liked the casual and comfortable atmosphere.
