Zaros in harlem at 1825 park ave right next to metro north harlem train. Id like to recognize a wonderful employee by the name of Deavon. He had wonderful customer service. I came in for a birthday cake for my mom and he sold me a fresh delicious cheesecake. They are much faster here than at the port authority or grand central locations. The corn muffin tasted amazing.

Update: my initial experience was not great given that they got my order wrong, but management went above and beyond to make it right. It’s all about how you respond, and given how they handled the situation, I’m convince that this business cares about each of their customers. For that, they deserve five stars in my book.
