Walked in the store on a Sunday afternoon to get couple of drinks. It was a tiny store, mainly for take outs but couple of stalls were available to sit. They had couple of self ordering kiosk as well. The menu had bunch of variety including milk tea, slush, fruit tea, coffee, smoothie and probiotics. Had a great experience at Salad House. Manager Orhan was very attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service. After working an overnight shift and running errands all morning, I stopped in to grab a muffin and noticed the hibiscus tea sign listed at $4, so I decided to try one. I was charged $5.50 with no explanation. When ordering, I was only asked about ice and sweetness nothing about adding ginger or lemon so I assumed the hibiscus was already made the usual way. The drink ended up tasting very watery, and I waited 30 minutes for it. I left, tasted it, and actually drove back just to get it fixed.

Terrible service the lady was very disrespectful since we first walked in. Despite that I still tried to be friendly and even when she was approached nicely she had a very negative vibe like as if she didn’t want to serve. She was suppose to make a beets cucumber carrot drink and instead she made spinach kale cucumber and strawberry. Completely overrated and not worth the money. I’d rather get juice from a local bodega in Manhattan because at least it tastes fresh and authentic. Joe & The Juice is all hype with no quality to back it up. The drinks were disappointing, the prices are ridiculous, and the overall experience was a complete waste of money. I won’t be coming back.

Stopped into Joe & the Juice again in the West Village (on Hudson), and had a wonderful experience. This was the place to order food and be able to sit inside for a while. It was refreshing to h ear early reggae songs the entire time. The few tables seem like an afterthought to the main business of to go and delivery orders. But be aware the small number of seats means no restroom. The whole restaurant is bright and very clean. The food was very good too. Peruvian Chicken with two sides was flavorful and filling. I would be happy to go back and bring a friend or two.

Their qr code system is the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen. Missing standard drinks that require stupid work arounds to order. And if there’s a mistake you can’t leave until the manager voids the old order. They claim it’s for people who leave without paying, bars have solved this for decades by opening a tab with your card. I'm really picky w acai & I think their acai blend is absolutely ideal. They also make a coconut blend which tastes amazing as well. But their acai is 10/10 & the portion is perfect as well. It comes in a big bowl 😊. Definitely recommend.

Good experience at JOE & THE JUICE on Park Avenue. The place was not busy when I visited, so the service was fast and smooth, which I appreciated. I tried the Spicy Tuna sandwich — very tasty overall, although I found it had more jalapeños than usual, making it noticeably spicier than expected. Still enjoyable if you like stronger heat. Efficient staff, quick service, and a convenient spot for a fast snack or coffee in the area.

A great salad place, that offers both menu items as well as make your own salads. We had a chicken sesame crunch salad that was good and fresh, but the make your own we constructed was so much better!! We took a base of shredded kale and chopped romaine, added cucumbers, spicy broccoli, crispy onions, crumbled bacon, avocado and shaved parmesan with a caesar dressing and it ended up being somewhat of an elevated version of a caesar salad that we love so much. I’m a sushi lover so as the weather is gonna get warmer this is definitely gonna be my go to spot when I don’t pack a lunch with me. The Chia Power Boost smoothie is really good too. I visited the location at 609 Tremont Ave in the Bronx and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered three small smoothies and burgers, and the wait time was over 30 minutes, which is completely unreasonable for such a simple order. I love this place! I’ve ordered numerous times, food is great. However, you can definitely tell who’s more generous when preparing the food due to the inconsistency of quality. I always order the same thing because why fix if it ain’t broke, but my most recent order they gave me the incorrect sauce. I ordered Pesto and was given balsamic. I would understand if the color was similar, but a bright green versus a dark brown is apparent. It warped the whole order, so it was incredibly disappointing.
