I really don’t usually eat anything from McDonald’s because it’s not the healthiest option, but once in a while I’ll stop in for a coffee or hotcakes. Every time, there’s a 30-minute wait, the staff is unprofessional touching their hair, being rude, and ignoring customers—and the place is filthy. They also leave drinks sitting out so long that by the time customers receive them, they’re warm and watered down. This location needs serious improvement. Until then, I do not recommend coming here.

The staff is wonderful. I am grateful for the service and for their welcoming attitude But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. My appeal to the owner: please, your establishment urgently needs renovation. Keep the retro concept if you wish, it has charm, but at least repair the ceiling, which is literally falling apart. Please also stop cutting corners on quality. I came specifically for waffles with syrup and was immediately disappointed when I saw the plastic single serve containers

This place is truly a local treasure and it is so easy to see why it has been around for so long. Everything they serve is incredibly fresh, and the selection is just massive compared to your average shop. The staff are always super friendly even when it is busy, and I love that they are open all the time so you can grab a treat whenever the craving hits. It is one of those classic spots that just feels like home as soon as you walk through the door.

Our favorite ramen spot on Staten Island! Have been here a couple times now. We get the beef ramen and the vegetarian one and both are equally delicious. The dumplings are good, as well as, the spicy cucumber salad. *Note: if you'd like to be seated at one of the booths, it's best to call ahead.

I stopped by here for a late-night session and had a great time enjoying the relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere. The space is well-equipped with plenty of pool tables that are maintained in good condition, along with dartboards and enough TVs to keep you updated on the latest games. I had come here for the lunch special. Started off with a fresh cup of tea as I was looking over the menu. My server was very nice & very fast with any of my requests. Had a miso soup to start off which comes with the lunch . (Soup / salad) option with meal . Went with the 3 roll special. Had a yellowtail scallion , eel avocado & spicy salmon roll. I ordered the dumplings for a light snack thinking it was kind of mid but in reality I regretted ordering just one portion. At first bite the dumpling oozed with juice and yhe filling was good.

Ordered food for delivery. Our chicken roll was missing. When we called to let them know it was missing and if they could send the driver back with one, we were told they were too busy and could only give us credit. When my mother went to bite into a chicken wing she spit it back out so quick because the chicken wings were still raw. Dough is amazing.. not only for the Pizza but for the great food and service. Never a bad meal. The eggplant parmigiana comes with a side of pasta. The best eggplant parmigiana next to my mothers. Freddy is great, and his daughters are the best. The service from everyone is outstanding.

Dirty windows always indicates poor food. Should have known Dirty floors, food was not the worst but seriously, you have a bathroom in the front lobby area and when I asked to went to use it they said it is for “employees only”. Even after I told her I just had a 3 hour car ride! Wake up people! Take care of your customers!

Delivery drivers should be very careful with this restaurant. One of the staff members, an elderly woman, behaves very unprofessionally and appears emotionally unstable. She is extremely suspicious and shows clear discrimination toward delivery drivers. She deliberately makes pickup difficult, verbally insults drivers, and then falsely reports to delivery platforms claiming that drivers were rude to her. This puts drivers’ accounts at serious risk. Wow what can I say this food is exceptional. The food is always excellent. Me and my family order from her very often and they never fail us. The delivery service is always extremely fast and the chef and owner are very professional and sweet. We love ordering from here.

We recently had my graduation party at Joyce’s Tavern on the newly renovated outdoor deck, and everything was fantastic! Joe was great to work with—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. The service on the day of the event was excellent. We had over 50 guests, and everything ran smoothly. The cocktail-style appetizers were delicious and constantly replenished, the staff was attentive without being overbearing, and they even accommodated gluten-free guests.

Pleasantly surprised! I've been driving past this cozy pizzeria tucked in the corner on Arthur Kill sometimes on my commute from work. Been telling myself for a while to try it.
