Had such a good experience here. Waiter was kind, accommodating! We had a few needs (wanting to eat plant-based) and they took care of us. Definitely glad we came to this spot. Oh, and great pricing on the food, generous portions for the lunch special. Yep, this is a good spot!

I just walked out!! When entering this location, no greeting at all. The guy at the cashier was on his phone with the person on speaker. The girl standing next to him, also no greeting from her. As I'm standing there looking at the menu, he's looking at me as if I interrupted his phone call. I turned around and I walked out. These people are so rude. No customer service skills AT ALL!! Definitely would not recommend this location.

I'm sorry, but it tastes really, really bad. This is the worst drink I have ever had in my life. How can a coffee be so sour and bitter? And the boba isn't made from tapioca. I didn't notice that before I ordered 😭. I forced myself to drink it because I don't want to waste food. Still can't finish it.

I like going to this place for the strawberries in a cup (16 dollars), it's a nice treat to have, especially if you're going for a walk. Moreover, I love how the strawberries balance out the sweetness of everything else. In fact, the chocolate in it is actually surprisingly warm, perfect for the cold weather in Staten Island. The crepes are also good, I had one with my mom, we both agreed it was sweet but the fruits help with the sweetness management. The portion size is good, maybe a bit pricy

I paid 113 dollars for my order and my chicken roll was RAW, completely raw!!!!!!! My shrimp tempura roll was thrown into the container, could not even eat it. I had the pleasure of visiting Sugar House Ice Cream, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The selection of ice cream and shakes is truly amazing, with so many flavors to choose from that it's hard to pick just one. We decided to order take out from this spot..we order pineapple chicken. Beef noodle and few dishes. The rice from the dish is hard. We also order one dish is a Thai dish but came out to be chinese dish very disappointed. And the food is overly sweet.
