The rooms are comfortable and the staff were helpful. The location is convenient if you don't mind crowded streets. Transportation to all the areas of Manhattan and Brooklyn was really easy from this location. If you come in from Laguardia be sure to check out the Uber Shuttle, it is about $19 per person and has a stop near the hotel.

The location cannot be beat. It was steps away from Times Square and all that this area has to offer. The hotel is micro so rooms are small but offers smart storage space with lots of outlets/plugs for necessities. The mattress and pillows were perfect and most importantly, clean! This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have ever had. The issue was not a clogged drain. The issue was the room itself. We were assigned an accessible room on the 36th floor. The best thing about this hotel is its great location, and I definitely appreciated that the room was clean. What an amazing venue. So happy to see “No Escape”, Sean Hayes one-man show. Obviously a legend and the production was seamless and bold. Loved the magnificent display of lighting effects and the seating was comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms are nice. Bar is nice. All the people working the place are pro and friendly. Thanks yall!
