Chente serves up Mexican bites in a chic hole-in-the-wall with fun music, laid-back service, and (most importantly) delicious food. It stands as my personal favorite on Riverdale Avenue and the obvious alternative to Bokagua right next door, whose EasyBake oven food does the restaurant culture in Riverdale no favors. The crab cake tostadas are a must-get.

I love Moss Cafe- a great healthy full of variety daily breaktast lunch and dinner menu and then always fresh creative specials updated weekly! The service was slow, had to keep asking for things multiple times before finally receiving it. The taste of the food was okay, kind of bland, the drinks were good. The atmosphere was nice. This restaurant can do a lot better, it has potential, but you can tell the workers just don’t care much.

This spot is super clean, modern & a quiet atmosphere where you can really enjoy a meal & have a conversation not competing w/ music. It's a lovely Japanese restaurant that is female owned & there is meticulous effort in ensuring their sushi is super fresh. I recommend the entire menu. Have been there many many times. Everything is incredibly fresh. 😋

Food did not taste fresh I ordered the lunch special curry shrimp and it was not good it had an old over cooked or reheated texture. The samosas were ok and the clove ice tea was pretty good. I was very disappointed because I really had a taste for something curry. Portions to small for the price

Love coming here in the morning for fresh bagels. They all are uniquely delicious bursting with flavor. Just purchased half a dozen to take home. Put them in a ziplock and they stay fresh for the next few days. My personal favorite is the everything bagel little messy but so worth it. Staff is so kind a friendly.

Staffed by teenagers who don't care to keep the place clean at all. It's filthy every. single. time. Floors are sticky and dirty, tables rarely cleaned, chairs are all dirty. Sometimes it smells like sewer too. But my kids are barbarians so they insist on getting ice cream here.

I’ve been at this Restaurant a few times since New Management and the service has been consistently good. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable. The veggie steamed dumplings are awesome; the shrimp fried rice is delicious. This is definitely my favorite for those days I want a great meal.

I finally decided to give Pizza Chef a try and I was amazed! The restaurant was busy and the variety of pies was great! The store itself is tiny, but the service is prompt and the men are pleasant. The pizza was delicious! The cheese and the pizza dough were yummy and my crust was golden brown, which I prefer! I will be back! There is plenty of parking and the location is centralized. Give Pizza Chef a try if you have not yet done so.

Busy location. Crowded with seniors and middle schoolers. Not my favorite combination. Poor guy preparing the food yells out, “Bacon egg & cheese? My boyfriend and I placed an order through the app, we ordered 2 footlong meals, we go inside to pick up our order and the worker is feeling the bag and realizes he made us 2 6” sandwiches instead and said he’d fix that, ok great no worries we told him to take his time because there was another customer in the store. I've never set foot on the grounds but I've viewed it many a time from a kayak. And I always enjoy seeing it, as it is one of the more attractive sites to lay eyes on along this side of the river north of Manhattan. I always chuckle to myself at the pretentiousness of "yacht" in the name, which I think may be tongue in cheek anyway as in all the years I've passed by I've only ever seen a handful of sailboats of any size and never more than two there at once. My family and I go here often and we usually enjoy our dinner. But today I was very very disappointed! I ordered $60 worth of take-out food. I got 2 orders of sesame chicken & fried dumplings. The chicken was very hard and super dry. And the dumplings were overcooked and very dark.
