The dough is very light, airy and crisp! Good sauce and pizza feels not too heavy. Price is a little high but oh well it’s the norm now unfortunately
NYC is definitely in a pizza golden age. So many new-school spots with long ferment high-hydration dough that doesn't sacrifice crispness, and non-commodity ingredients. Andrea's is one of these. The dough here is fluffier than most in this category. They also do an excellent pan pizza.
