My visit was great from start to finish, but what stood out the most was the outstanding service provided by Lightsha who attended our table. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always checked in with a smile. Her professionalism and positive attitude made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to the amazing staff. Manager Richard Brown truly stands out — he’s kind, approachable, and actually present on the floor, which makes a huge difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the guests and his team. The bartenders/servers Rosario and Jordan were excellent. Rosario is fast-paced, friendly, and super efficient, and he also makes great suggestions — from drinks to menu choices, his recommendations were spot-on and really enh
I had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to your waitress, Khash. She was incredibly nice, kind, and patient throughout the entire visit. Khash was very understanding and listened carefully to everything we were saying, making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our experience enjoyable.
