Ambience was nice. Food was good. Had the chicken parm, fried calamari, and broccoli rabe pasta. All good. Even better was the cannoli at the end at the cappuccino. The customer service left some to be desired. (As you can see from other reviews mentioned) Most of the waiters were all huddled up talking to each other. Had to ask for my waiter once just to order. Then we needed him again to order drinks but never came, so by the time we came, we had no desire for our drinks with our food and jus
First time here and I love the atmosphere. Everyone is so attentive and ready to give good service. 10/10 I can’t wait to return. Meatballs were great. Short ribs were great. I wasn’t able to snap a photo of those appetizers because I was so hungry lol.
Another visit to Trattoria Zero Otto Nove, because some traditions are non-negotiable. Ms. J. and I do the New York Botanical Garden first and then reward ourselves properly with pasta.
