The tasting menu is beautifully composed, inventive, and memorable, with each course feeling thoughtful, balanced, and worthy of the attention it receives. The drink pairings are outstanding, featuring both exquisite wines and thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic options that complement the food perfectly. Food is excellent. However, I came to celebrate my birthday and no one said happy birthday to me. It was fine that they didn’t bring out a small birthday cake which is what most of these restaurants do, but forgetting what the customer is celebrating is not acceptable. I do fine dining every month and never experienced something like this.
