I did my first class at Barry’s for free with the Corporate Challenge! I did not have much expectation going into the class, just pictured it as a regular workout class people goto. However, my perspective changed after completing my first session. Some important aspects to the class I thought was the instructor, the people, and the music. I didn’t take a class but I did take a nasty tumble on my bike outside of the establishment. The staff came out to check if I was okay and invited me inside, providing me with first aid. I can’t think the staff enough for their kindness!
I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The staff were rude and dismissive, and I felt treated with a lack of basic respect. It’s concerning to see this level of unprofessionalism from an establishment that should prioritize customer service. Additionally, the towels appeared unclean, and the locker rooms were consistently dirty. Cleanliness and professionalism are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this location did not meet them. I hope management takes these concerns seriously
