Barry’s earns its reputation the hard way: inside the Red Room, the workout becomes a negotiation with your lungs, legs, and pride. It is
Really enjoy classes at this Barry’s location. Teachers are great. Classes are for all levels, but it could be very challenging if you haven’t worked out before or aren’t used to HITT style workouts. What I would say about Barry’s in general is that you’ll only see a difference in your body composition if you push yourself to progress in weight/ speed, and attend class regularly. Amazing gym, great vibes from the moment I walked in. Alex in the front desk was so kind and explained everything so thoroughly. The other ladies at the front desk were super sweet also. The locker room was so clean and organized, the mysic and the dim lights were perfect to workout in, and the instructor Kristin was amazing. She brought great vibes to the class. I will definitely be returning back.
