Very disappointed by the experience. I had been once during the opening and loved it, so I came back and booked dinner for 6 people. We arrived early and first went to the speakeasy bar, but the host was so unpleasant that we decided to move to the patio bar instead. Cocktails were great and the bartender was lovely. I had an extremely disappointing stay at Fouquet’s Hotel NYC, especially considering it was the night of my wedding. From start to finish, the experience fell far below what any 5-star property should deliver. First, our neighbor had their TV blasting until 3 am. I called the front desk twice, and nothing was done. The first time I stayed here was fine other than the view being kind of disappointing. I stayed here again recently and booked a room that came with the package of 2 free drinks from the rooftop and a $100 Breakfast Credit. While checking in, I was told that I could use the paper vouchers for my drinks and that I could use the Breakfast Credit for In-Room Dining. I was still charged for the two drinks and dining and getting this resolved has been pretty disappointing. I have asked for a copy of
