It is the brasserie / dive bar / bistro / speak easy that you were always looking to make your local joint. The decor screams “if you know you know” without the pretentiousness. We had Sebastian burgers with and without bacon…and this is key…we were not asked how we wanted it cooked…great sign. The burger was unctuous with delicious flavor that was reminiscent of aged steak. Mouth watering, succulent, cooked to perfection burger. I cannot express to you how you are not checking out this dive and dine. Eloquently placed in the lower Eastside, Nancy Pelosi should run and try. This stuff, the staff, is dapper, I can’t explain. From the hot sauce, the truffle fries, all is not in vein. I do ordain to visit so glad, this Brindle Burger was the juiciest pleasure I ever had.
The best burger in the city! I was here YEARS ago and was curious if it would still be as good as I remember. Such good food! The wings are fire too.
