Today I stopped by Brown Bag Sandwich Co. with my son, and it’s the kind of place that reminds you how serious New York takes its sandwiches. Everything there is built around one idea: great ingredients make a great sandwich. We arrived the place a little bit of early, they not yet start the business but they took our order which made me so happy! The food Caesar salad warp was so delicious, very fresh on a hot weather day.
Best way to describe the beef and cheddar if you haven’t had it yet, it’s like Arby’s if it were gourmet, and I mean that as a compliment. You get hot sliced roast beef, melty cheddar, but then you also get crispy onions. Very good sandwich, order an extra side of the cheddar to dip it in. Staff was super cool.
