I just need some sides so I walk in, and I’m just stared at as I’m waiting for someone to take my order, so I ask who’s taking orders and the guy with glasses told me I have to order through the Kiosk. When there’s clearly a register open for a reason. I believe if there’s a register, the customer should be able to order on the register, with one of the employees.
Ok I had an issue with Burger King but now Popeyes is just as bad as Burger King. I was not expecting to get a 2 inches chicken pieces after paying so much!! This is ridiculous. Every other Popeyes makes bigger chicken than that. These two fast food locations at this address on cross bay is not professional and not doing their job properly.
Me and my wife orderd from the popeyes app and on the app we ordered a ten peice and put institutions to add hot suace packets and ketchup packets when we got our food the biscuit were hard and taste old the fries taste old like they made it the day before and the chicken peices we ask for it was soppsed to be 10 they gave us 9 im very upset I bought this food for family and we love popeys but this location need to be investigated its being managed wrong....
