Tried Burgerhead in the East Village last week as part of my ongoing tour of NYC burger spots, and I was impressed. This isn’t really a smashburger. It’s more like a Big Mac, but the way it should taste—great beefy flavor, fresh lettuce, tomato, and pickles, all working together really well. I went with a double and it was awesome. The fries, cooked in beef tallow, were hot, crispy, and the perfect pairing. I’ll definitely be back.
Got a few different things burger, chili dig, fries, onion rings, impossible burger vanilla and strawberry shake. Everything was very basic I know the prices are lower but 7th street is lower has better taste and quality. Its advertised as haagan daz and its not. The shake is fine but don't lie about the brand you can tell by the taste.
It was a good burger and fries, but it tasted exactly like McDonalds. I will include a picture of the burger. For the price, I’m not sure I would go again. The quality was obviously good, it’s just not differentiated at all. Overall, the establishment has a very sterile feeling - but it is very convenient and service was fast. I’d like to try something else like their wings or the cheese fries.
