I Ordered to pick up. Food was cold. I drove 10 minutes away to my home.Normally my food stays warm when I order same distance The Gran marnier was too sweet and broccoli was cold. Bbq spare ribs were overcooked and chewy and also cold. Won tons strips were Stale and crumbled. Two entrees were ordered only and only one small pint of white rice was included. Not enough rice.
We recently ordered from China Chalet for catering for a family event. The fried rice and lo mein were very affordable, the walnut shrimp was crispy and sweet, and the ribs were so tender and flavorful. Everyone loved the food and kept going back for more. The presentation was great and the restaurant was accommodating. 5/5 highly recommend ordering if you need party trays for your event, especially if you need to feed a big group!
***** rude and disrespectful ****** The order was completely wrong. They made us wait over an hour for the wrong order . The sauce broke inside the tub. The person on the phone told me “you do What you want I don’t care” and hung up on us. We also ordered from there for years. It’s a shame. We generally enjoyed their food .
