Today was my first time trying cookies at Chip City, I was welcomed by both Cierra and Ryan. They both made me feel excited to try something new and was very helpful by giving their opinions on the menu and telling me what type of cookies they had today. Personally i think it’s safe to say this spot is better than crumble.
The workers Ryan and Cierra were very nice people. Ryan was very enthusiastic and charismatic with the customers!! Cierra was also very patient when I was deciding which cookie I should get. The cannoli cookie ended up being amazing tho!
Cianna made our first ever visit to Chip City such a great experience. We came in at 11 PM on a Sunday night, and even that late, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond for us. We had never been before and were so excited to try it, and she made the whole experience even better!! We will be back
