Beautiful new location, but the food was a major letdown. I ordered a $20 rice bowl with rice, salad, black beans, double chicken, and guacamole. The seasoning was overwhelmingly heavy on salt, making the entire bowl inedible. Every component was oversalted to the point where all flavor was lost. Chipotle is known for bold but balanced flavors. This was just a salt bomb. A nice space and truly extraordinary staff do not make up for food quality this poor, especially at this price point. I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle today. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. While serving, they were gossiping among themselves, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. It honestly felt like we were being treated differently, and that is not acceptable. On top of that, they didn’t inform me that they were out of cheese until after my bowl was already made. Basic communication and courtesy were completely missing. I expect better customer servic
Working at a fast paced company is stressful, I understand; however being rude is a non negotiable, especially when someone is just asking a question. I was waiting in line for about 15 mins, the server (heavier set Hispanic woman) was pacing back and forth rudely glancing at me and the woman in front of me. The woman in front of me left, so I asked the server if they’re waiting for anything to be made before taking anymore orders. She looked at me and said something to the cashier in Spanish. T
