Consistently disappointing. The front-of-house team is efficient and polite, but the kitchen execution is completely lacking. Over my last few visits, the food quality has noticeably dropped—from ice-cold toppings to undercooked beans and incredibly chewy steak. There are far better, more reliable quick-lunch options within a block or two.
RUDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!!!!!!!! I had a very frustrating experience at this Chipotle on Broadway. I asked a simple question about whether pork and beef were the same price, but the staff seemed confused and I couldn’t get a clear answer. The male manager responded, “If you want extra meat, we will charge you,” which wasn’t what I was asking. To avoid further confusion, I just ordered chicken. Things became more awkward when I asked for sour cream on the side and it was placed directly on my bowl
We were curious to try it. So it's fast food but you can say it's healthy. Very large portions, I believe one plate is enough for two. We had bowls, salad and a kid taco. Everything was good and the service was fast and helpful. The place is small but there are seats to dine in. Well, a good option for a casual lunch or dinner.
