I had a birthday reward and had issues using it online for a pickup order so I went in store to get some help and was told by the manager he can't help me. The birthday reward was for a bag of chips. Was it gonna cost the company alot of money just honor the reward? I showed him the reward and he tried to make excuses saying it has expired but it didn't so i showed it to him and he still told me he can't help me. The expiration date is 06/28/2026. Horrible service. Very unhelpful staff.
This store is magnificent! The only thing that many people are saying bad reviews because I feel like they don’t know how to interact with the employees and they are the ones serving our foods and we should be thankful what we have and get… Later on, they will be generous and kind so be patient. These workers are pretty nice and sweet as well! Thank you chipotle you have the best food out there! I wish people understood that!
The food here never disappoints but why is the guac today so brown? Not fresh today
