The manager was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I ordered a bowl and asked for extra corn (I even said I’d pay extra). He claimed he already added extra when he absolutely did not he tossed in a regular amount. When I repeated myself, he barely scooped any corn and literally threw it into my bowl. Firstly, they double charged me. And when I went back, they returned a dollar less. The person serving (who apparently is the one in charge) looked really annoyed as I (very politely) asked them to change their gloves, as I was allergic to dairy, and he was completely disregarding as I kept saying - I can’t eat cheese, he kept cross-contaminating with the spoons! Then I came home to find white hair in the bowl, and I have black hair. I kept thanking them throughout as I felt like an inconvenie
Worst run chipotle I've ever seen. If you mobile order the food is consistently late or the staff will disappear preventing you from being able to pick up your food. Soda fountain is always either out of ice or half of the possible drink options. Dirtiest location, not comfortable at all to sit and eat. Every time I stop by here I discover a new issue that even a halfway competent management team would fix.
