We recently visited Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday celebration, and while there were some bright spots, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings. Howard beach location is great. Definitely a great place to throw a kids party. I had my son’s second birthday party there and both kids and parents had a blast! It’s clean the food is good there and good customer service. Nice prince’s and fun dance floor with good video tv screen time around the clock. I definitely recommend this location. Chucke E. cheese a place to be a kid! :)
We had such a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese thanks to our host Dayana! 🎉 She was extremely prompt, on time with everything, and made sure the entire party ran smoothly from start to finish. Her service was amazing she answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns right away without hesitation. Dayana truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. However, I do want to share some feedback regarding the trampoline area staff. There is definitely a need for better training,
