We went here for a special video premiere ! This cute little theater has 3 different theaters inside - vert clean , very organized and the staff were very nice and helpful ! You can purchase snacks and beverages . You can get parking right across the street , and there are many eateries up and down the block . I would definitely recommend this charming little theater - great experience !
With a 62 year history operating as a cinema this space originally commenced as a firehouse in 1898. 1964 saw architectural modifications that ushered a new life for the space as a charming 310-seat cinema. Present day, the cinema possesses three auditoriums the largest of which seats 155. Throughout its history this iconic Greenwich Village institution has maintained its reputation in showcasing the best of film whether it be esoteric art house, foreign, documentary, independent and hosting dom
What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Everyone was super welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality at a theater. Highly recommend catching a movie here.
