Forget hidden gem. It’s a trek and a half to ring the apt building style bell, walk down the hall and around the corner, take the elevator to the 6th floor, and walk+make 2-3 rights to find the Cocoa Store. Once inside, it’s beautiful, bright, airy, with a lovely selection of smaller chocolate brands like Soma, Chocolat Bonnat, Domori, and Puchero as well as many non bons. An Incredible Store and a hidden gem. As a chocolate connoisseur, I was very pleasantly surprised to come across this store thanks to the store sign on the street. This store is easy to miss walking by (it’s on the 6th floor) but totally worth checking out! They have an incredible variety of chocolates from around the world. The Employee in the store was very knowledgeable and generous and we got to sample many different chocolates before choosing our chocolate bars! The prices are very com
I really like this place and would absolutely return! It's a hidden gem, but getting up to the sixth floor is totally worth it, in my opinion, to witness and sample an incredible chocolate collection. I seek out 100% chocolate bars and The Cocoa Store has one of the best collections I've seen so far. The staff was incredibly welcoming and willing to sample anything. I left with several chocolate bars and the interest in going back for more!
