One of the best pourovers I've had in a cafe in a long time! Loved this cafe. The baristas are super nice and very skilled, which is hard to find in a lot of the country. I ordered a washed anaerobic Colombian from their Competition series. Sometimes these coffees can be a bit over fermented for my taste, but this was probably the best anaerobic I've ever tried. The barista brewed in an origami dripper. Such a nice acidity and balanced flavor that was sweet and fruity tasting. My wife got a hot
Super yummy. I love the unique coffees. Staff is lovely and very helpful. I had the Black Sesame Latte and it was delicious. This is a very small place. I can't wait to go back and try all the different brews.
Came here to try the competition pour over. One of the smoothest pour overs of my life, the barista even schooled me in some brewing techniques to get my pour over on point. Def recommend this spot for coffee enthusiasts!
