Always come to this locations but this one time was different. Young lady by the name of Annalise was amazing. Customer service was top tier excellent. Her attention to detail with my order was great.
Went to this place with my 4 kids. Ordered 1 ice cream and 4 milkshakes. Got to the car and my kids took 1 sip and asked if the milk was spoiled cuz the shakes taste bad! Went back in to tell the person who made my order. He said there is nothing he can do. No one else is complaining about the milk so what is wrong with mine! I told him my kids don't like it (we get cold stone at least twice a month. Not always from the same spot but we have been to this location before). He said there is no ref
This place is horrible. My kids didn't like the taste of their milkshakes..when I went back in and told the guy who made my order. He had the nerve to tell me that no one else is complaining about the milkshakes so what could be wrong with mine! He said he couldn't give me a refund and there was nothing he could do for me. After some yelling and cursing he said he would replace it with something else. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never going back there again.
