Cozy, quaint cafe offering traditional French dishes made vegan, along with sweet & savory crêpes.

I had been really excited to try this French vegan restaurant and you can truly see the potential. The food was good, but unfortunately there were several service and comfort touchpoints that really affected the overall experience. We had a reservation but still waited for our table in a very bright entrance/waiting area that quickly filled with groups of people. I completely understand it was Valentine’s Day and restaurants want to accommodate as many reservations as possible but It was really
Friendly and knowledgeable vegan waiter, excellent food, wine, and coffee!! Got cheese plate, soup, mains, desserts, tried it all and shared amongst the table so we could sample as much of the menu as possible. Even got a bakery item to go for later. With all this, the price was still reasonable. If I lived in NYC, I'd be here all the time!! A true highlight of my trip. It was my first vegan French restaurant, and what a fabulous experience. Try the "duck" dish as well as the cheese plate. Best
French Vegan is hard to find so we had to try it while visiting NYC. It was a lovely experience and I only wish I lived here to try more dishes. We started with French Onion Soup then shared Cassoulet & Beef Bourguignon. I really liked the “Beef” flavor and texture made from pea protein. Finished with crepes including flaming Crepes Suzette. Couple near us gave the Coq au Vin high marks too. Definitely worth a visit!
