Dinosaur Bar-B-Que started in 1988 as a biker bar in Syracuse and somehow became one of the best barbecue destinations in New York City, which is not a city where BBQ is usually the first thing you think of. We had a fantastic time at this restaurant and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The food was delicious. Service was okay. The quality of the meal and the vibe of the place made it a worthwhile visit. I’d definitely come back for the food!
I've been coming here for years and never disapoints. The ribs, pulled pork and cornbread are slamming, fun atmosphere, good selection of beers. The bar area is usually busy and service can be hit or miss, but no big deal everyone is friendly and the ribs melting in your mouth make up for the wait!
