First time diner but definitely will not be my last. We arrived on Saturday right before the afternoon rush. We ordered a few appetizers and Ramen bowls. Their Yuzu green lemonade is such a palette cleanse. My favorite appetizers were the Purple yam fries with this banging sauce in the side. The fried shumai were big and full of flavor. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I had an amazing experience. There wasn’t much of a wait to be seated, and our waiter, Ricky, was absolutely incredible and very attentive. He helped guide us through the menu with great suggestions from the main dishes to the desserts and every recommendation was spot on. I have always loved Jin Ramen! Excellent food, great staff and good choice of sake. But the reason I have to give only 4 stars is because I find it insulting to be charged $2.50 for extra side of corn which really only amounts to a small handful. That’s just ridiculous. Why?
