I ordered food Amon Friday at 1:33 am. The driver drove to my location parked his car. Stayed in his car for a few minutes. Then drove off after saying it was delivered. It was not delivered. I contacted the store who ignored my calls for the entire rest of the night and when I called the next day they was extremely rude. I tried to get a refund and I was mocked and spoken over constantly. Finally a manger picked up the phone and agreed to give me back my refund. Turns out he didn’t do that at
HORRIBLE DELIVERY AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. The delivery driver couldn’t find my house. I live in a complex, it shouldn’t be that difficult if you put the correct address on the gps. He kept hanging up on me as I was trying to explain and he was extremely rude. And I had to then go and find him. I called the store and it just rang. No one answered. Please spare yourself the stress and do not order from here.
The service was okay, nothing special. what threw me off was the chicken. it was rarely cooked, and looked like frozen chicken wings you get from Costco. The pasta was okay, but for the price i paid it was very small. 4/10. would not go back
