I don’t know the name of the driver that came today but every time he delivers my order the attitude is very poor, then this time I get my oizza and 99 percent of the hot sauce was on the top of the box and whoever I spoke to on the phone just kept saying it’s supposed to be like that then I tried to explain again that the sauce isn’t on the pizza it’s on the top of the box!! So instead of him trying to resolve the problem he just kept saying basically that I was wrong!!! Very poor customer ser
Placed an order for pickup at a specific time. Then later got a call stating my order was ready but it was no where near the pick up time. Upon arriving, my order was placed casually on the front counter (not in a warmer) and a customer in front of me opened my pizza box and looked inside. Worker did NOT replace my order, stating he did not have a pick up time listed. 10/10 will not recommend this location. Go to Hylan.
I’ve ordered from dominos for years. I’m not sure if it’s new management or change of employees but I will never, EVER order from this location EVER again and will gladly be turning to my local pizzeria. The customer service is atrocious and the delivery guys make it seem like they are doing you a favor.
