Fresh handmade dumplings in Manhattan. The zucchini, egg, and shrimp dumplings were my favorite — super light, juicy, and didn’t stick together at all. You can tell they’re freshly wrapped. We also had the beef with fungus and the spicy & sour fish pot. Big portion, lots of veggies, and very comforting. Solid spot if you want real dumplings and warm, satisfying food.
Dumpling Xi is such a gem near the NYU campus. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The dumplings were perfectly wrapped with juicy fillings, and the noodles had that amazing handmade texture you don’t find everywhere. I don't even like dumplings. This place has amazing dumplings. I didn't even know I could like them this much. Fresh al dente skin with fresh ingredients. Both steamed and pan fried varieties are off the hook. The other items are good as well. Casual spot - sit down, but order off a QR code.
