As an American of color this was the worst experience of colorism that’s ever happened to me. I walked into this Dunkin’ location and was the only customer online. I stood at the front of the line waiting to place an order and was completely ignored by the employees behind the counter. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. I waited several minutes while staff looked in my direction and still said nothing. What made the situation worse was what happened next. A group of white women
Very bad atmosphere. If you want to spend your money here, they'll take it, but don't expect much in return. Being a customer, they will not allow you to even wash your hands before buying. And the manager is appatently too busy to evan talk to custoners...
Asked for a milk shake at about 9ish o’clock, they close at 10. The guy says “No milk shake now, too late” 😑… really?… these people are LAZY!
