I ordered my food online at 5:48 on your website and door it says you open at 5am I came and you were closed and I had to constantly knock on your door when I could see people in store a caucasian lady with long hair who I’m going to assume is a manager cause she claimed she going to loook at the camera to see what time I came knocking she was soo rude told me we don’t open until 6 a update needs to be made and people shouldn’t be able to order online spending there hard earned money if they can

Order a brown sugar shaken taste like water when it’s supposed to be espresso I didn’t even hear the espresso machine go on I knew better before I ordered lady looked like she didn’t even want to work the two coffee came out in under 1 min my sugar shaken was light and very inconsistent with other Dunkin’s my wife wanted decaf but none was made this was at 9:37 both coffee taste like just water they need re training
